Our community comfort care home has several opportunities to memorialize a loved one.
A continuous monthly donation, in memory of a loved one, can help keep their spirit alive. Monthly donors are considered “Gems of our Community” and will be recognized in our home as “Gems”:
Diamond- >$300 continuous monthly donation
Sapphire- $200-$299 continuous monthly donation
Ruby- $100-$199 continuous monthly donation
Emerald- $1-$99 continuous monthly donation
Butterflies symbolize transformation and rebirth. Their meaning also symbolizes a loved ones eternal presence and the journey of their soul after they have passed away. Our home has a Remembrance Wall to memorialize our residents. A butterfly will be given to each resident when they are welcomed into our home and when they pass away, their butterfly will move to our Remembrance Wall. Individuals and families can also get a butterfly for our wall, in memory of a loved one, for a donation of >$1500.
Businesses who financially support The Hansen House with a one time donation of >$1500 will have their logo hung on our Community Supporter’s wall for a year. They will also be acknowledged in our resident’s bedroom “Welcome” binders and on our website.
We are also grateful for all the people who provide in-kind donations. Our home is community centered and we appreciate all forms of contributions for our day to day needs including food items, toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water, etc.
